Photography has always been for me too abrupt a practice. It does not smoothly coincide with the usual flow that charcterizes most of my artistic exploits. Although photography has been very helpful to me, usually as a referance or as a form of flat inspiration. But Photography has a habit of turning out too realistic looking. Here I will post an image that is made up of two photographs I took layed on top of one another and manipulated in photoshop. In this image I attempted to strip the photos down to the brink of realism so that the feeling of the image was the only fully realistic aspect remaining. I suppose its up to the viewer to decide if the image is successful or not. Considering the image thats a yes or no answer

Yes your photo is successful as I intrigued by the atmospheric mood of the image. Also I am not sure what images have been layered, I am assuming it is the boys legs over the girl. The ghost of things in the background do give it away however, that it is one photo over another.
I like the fact that you are sharing your process.
Thanks.
